Cancellation/Refund Policy

MDS Digital Hub Academy, operated by MDS Digital Hub Pvt Ltd, strives to ensure a fair and
transparent cancellation and refund process for our online and in-person courses. Please review this policy
carefully before purchasing or enrolling in any course on our platform (https://mdsdigitalhubacademy.com).
1. Cancellation Eligibility
- You may cancel your course enrollment within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more
than
10% of the course content (e.g., videos, assignments, quizzes).
- Cancellations requested after 7 days or after accessing more than 10% of the course content are not
eligible
for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- To initiate a cancellation, submit a request to enroll@mdsacademy.com with your account details and purchase confirmation.
2. Refund Process
- Eligible cancellations within the 7-day period and with less than 10% content accessed will be refunded
to
the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
- Refunds may be subject to deduction of payment processing fees (e.g., gateway charges) as applicable.
- We will notify you via email once the refund is processed or if the request is denied, with reasons
provided.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration or administrative fees associated with course enrollment.
- Course materials (e.g., downloadable PDFs, resources, or templates) once accessed or downloaded.
- Services already provided, such as live mentorship sessions, webinars, or placement assistance.
- Courses purchased under promotional offers or discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time
of
purchase.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, technical issues preventing
access
to the platform), we may consider partial refunds or course credits at our sole discretion. Please submit a
request with supporting documentation to enroll@mdsacademy.com.
5. Course Cancellations by MDS Digital Hub Academy
If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or technical
issues,
you will be offered a full refund to the original payment method or the option to transfer to another course
of
equal or lesser value within 10–14 business days.
6. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation/Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or
legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our platform constitutes
acceptance of the revised policy.
